Lenin's conception and practice about the judicial system of socialist state

As the founder of the first soeialist state in the world,the judicial thoughts which Lenin elaborated had influenced the construction of the judicial system in the whole camp of socialist states.Thought the former Soviet Russia that Lenin founded had been disintegrated,however the camp of socialist states has been existing.At present,we look back again the judicial thoughts of Lenin to appraise and to understand rightly the conception of Lenin to the judicial system of socialist states,and draw lesson from Lenin's conception about the judicial system of socialist states to serve the practice and perfection of the judicial system of our so-cialist state,which have some significance of the times and some theoretical value.
