| 摘 要： | 目前，我国把刑释解教人员重新违法犯罪率作为衡量监管工作的首要标准，以确保教育改造工作取得实效。罪犯是心理问题高发的人群之一，罪犯心理咨询与矫治是新形势下深化教育改造工作的又一具有科学性、针对性和前瞻性的重要手段。因此，加强罪犯心理咨询与矫治标准化建设势在必行。

| Abstract: | Recently, to ensure the re-education practical and effective, our country has taken the rate of emancipists＇recrime as ＂paramount standard＇to measure the control and surveillance over criminals. The criminals tend to have psychological problems, so it is imperative to strengthen criminals＇psychological counselling and correction, and make it standardize. |
