| 摘 要： | 随着中国-东盟自由贸易区的启动, 东盟这个与中国经济关联度较高的地区, 就正好为人民币实现区域自由兑换并最终过渡到完全自由兑换提供了一个舞台、一个契机。当前我们除了应及时把握住这个机遇以外, 还应清晰地认识人民币区域自由兑换的积极和消极影响, 并加紧改革金融体制, 为以后人民币的全面自由兑换积累经验。

| Abstract: | With the Sino-ASEAN Free Trade Zonein operation, ASEAN, a regioneconomically connectedto China, has become a stage and offered an opportunity for the shift of RMB's regional convertibility to its free convertibility. Besides grasping this opportunity, we should have a clear understanding of the positive and negative effects of RMB's regional convertibility and quicken our reform of the financial system in order to accumulate experience for RMB's free convertibility in future. |
