| 摘 要： | 学校学生伤害事故的发生数量与日俱增,给家庭、学校、社会带来诸多不幸和问题。2002年9月1日教育部出台实施的《学生伤害事故处理办法》,使学生伤害事故的处理有所遵循。本文分析了学校事故的涵义、分类,提出了学校事故的责任认定原则及预防措施。
