| 摘 要： | 依法治校有利于全面贯彻党的教育方针;有利于规范高校的各种教育教学行为;有利于维护学校及师生的合法权益。高校面对新的发展机遇和挑战,必须强化学校的法制化管理,重视依法治校工作,建章立制,规范教育教学行为,依法保护学校、老师和学生的合法权益。

| Abstract: | To manage the higher education institution is propitious to carrying out the Party's educational guideline in the whole, clarifying various teaching behaviors and protecting the legitimate rights of institutions, teachers and students. Being faced with new developing chances and challenges, the institutions must strengthen the management according to law, establish constitution and system, clarify teaching behaviors, and protect legitimate rights of institutions, teachers and students. |
