| Abstract: | The exposure of ratio decidendi directly decides the justice of procedure,which is the significant content of the open trial. The open trial without the exposure of ratio decidend is not complete and thorough, which may result in judiciary corruption on a certain degree. Therefore, the thesis concisely discusses the contents of ratio decidendi, the significance of the exposure of ratio decidendi, the difficulty in practice and the channel of resolution as well. |
