| 摘 要： | 法制统一的维护不力需要进行制度上的反思。法制统一制度在主体配置、权限分工以及维护机制等方面均存在诸多问题和缺陷,因此需要优化配置法制统一的维护主体,合理分工维护权限,健全完善维护机制,从而完善法制统一维护制度。

| Abstract: | The maintenance of the unification of legal system is not well,so it need being reflected on its system.Researching on the whole system,and analyzing the problem of it,consummating the unification of legal system should optimize the scheme of its legal subject,divide the purview rationally,consummate the mechanism of maintenance. |
