| 摘 要： | 2000年，公安部作出了“打黑除恶”专项斗争的部署，取得了很大的成绩，但仍有一些黑社会组织盘根错节，很难攻破，影响着社会的稳定和人民的正常生活。黑社会性质组织犯罪的特点决定了侦查此类案件的难点，因此，应当研究制定针对黑社会性质组织犯罪的侦查对策，以有效打击黑社会势力，维护社会安定。

| Abstract: | In 2000, the ministry of public security determined to toughen up the fight against the gangland crime, which had made great achievements. However, there are still some under-society organizations which are difficult to hit, and affect the stability of the society and people＇s normal life. The characteristics of the crime decide the difficulty of investigation, therefore, it is expected to formulate some investigative countermeasures so as to hit gangland forces and maintain social stability. |
