| Abstract: | Shareholder derivative suit has been introduced into the newly revised Company Law of the People＇ s Republic of China, and this fills a legislative vacancy in Company Law. However, many problems come forth when the system is practiced and further adjustment and improvement are needed. Aiming at this, some suggestions are given on the litigant qualification of shareholder derivative suit. |
