规范性视野下农村治理多元主体结构解析

本文在规范性视野下运用“政府——党组织——村民”三维分析框架对农村治理多元主体结构进行解析，进而对其从基层公共服务型政府、农村公共治理的核心力量以及农村治理主体角度进行角色定位，并且对诸主体间结构进行规范，以期能依此路径，实现社会主义新农村建设中政治和谐的良好愿景。

Analyzing on the Structure of the Polycentric Country Governance Subjects

In the view of criterion,using the ＂government-party-villager＂ three-dimensional analyzing framework,this essay analyzes the structure of the country governance subjects. Correspondingly,locating their roles separately on public service government,the core strength of country governance and the main body of country governance. Furthermore, we regulates the structure of these subjects.Via doing this, we hope that we should follow this route and reach the good vision of new socialist country construction.
