审美还是实用：精英文学的另一种危机

精英文学并非最初的文学形态，它在物质生活资料极大丰富、艺术由实用走向审美的过程中产生。封建社会是艺术审美化的转折点，由于有国家或者富有的私人充当艺术“保护人”角色，因此精英文学在这一时期异常兴盛。随着封建时代结束，精英文学的“保护人”没有了，在物质基础突然被抽空以后，精英文学开始面临生存的困境。如何摆脱因为“重审美淡实用”以及物质基础匮乏而导致的不利局面，值得我们每一个人去认真思考。
