摘    要:劳动法通常被认为是对劳动者或雇员进行倾斜保护的法律制度体系.当我们将当代劳动关系主要形式的雇佣关系及其法律调整置于经济发展的大背景中进行考察时,它不再仅仅具有平等主体之间的自治的性质,而且获得了经济、社会的属性.劳动关系法律制度也担负起调整整体经济运行的职能.

Abstract:The labor law is generally regarded as a legal system inclining to protect the labors or employees.When the employment relationship,which is the primary form of present labor relation,and its legal regulating,is reviewed on the background of economic development,it will has the nature not only of autonomy between equal bodies,but also of economy and society.The legal system of labor relation may also undertake the function of adjusting the macroeconomic.
