| Abstract: | In order to better exert the legal supervision function of the procuratorial organ and carry out the criminal policy of temper justice with mercy,four classes of judicial conception in procuratorial work should be established: humanity,high efficiency,democracy and neutrality of justice.The realizing method of procuratorial function should be transformed from aspects of cautious decision of arrest,criminal composition,opportunity of prosecution and community correction. |
