| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化的深入发展,各国将在更广领域、更大范围参与国际竞争,如果自主创新能力薄弱,就难以突破发达国家及其跨国公司的技术垄断,也难以获得有利的贸易地位。中俄两国国情相似,创新经济都处于初期阶段,有很多共性的问题需要解决。

| Abstract: | With a deep development of economic globalization, all the countries will take part in international competition in even vaster fields and large scope. If the ability of autonomous innovation is weak, it is hard to break through the developed countries and their transnational corporations' technical monopoly and difficult to get a favorable trade position. Both China and Russia share similar national conditions and their innovative economy is still in the initial stage. There are a lot of problems with common nature to be resolved. |
