| Abstract: | To resolve the problems of ecological refugee in mining areas in Shanxi,we should strengthen the construction of law system to protect ecological refugee＇ s rights, and provide the safeguards to solve this problem. So, the share of the ecological environmental recourse and the assessment of environmental costs should to be the guiding principle of the system regulation to resolve the problems of ecological refugee in mining areas in Shanxi. |
