| Abstract: | Enhancing the level of opening of Heilongjiang province has three things to do. The first is to enhance the level of eco- nomic and trade cooperation between Heilongjiang and Russia, namely in the aspects of Russia agricultural cooperation, energy cooperation, science and technology cooperation; the second is to develop border tourism resources; the third is to accelerate the blend in northeast Asia regional economy. |
