| 摘 要： | 当前利用信用卡套取现金的行为有扩大化趋势，它不仅使银行遭受了费用损失，也扰乱了国家的金融秩序。要防止和遏制信用卡套现行为，必须认识并分析不同的套现行为及其特点，才能提出相应的有效对策。

To prevent and stop the action, we must learn and analyze different overdrawing actions and their features so as to put forward effective countermeasures. |
