Detention center security work,in essence,is the risk discovery,control and disposal.Only the timely detection,control and disposal of all types of risk can improve the detention center security factor.Therefore,to create a security risk assessment of detainees norm is in need,scientificly establish the risk indicators to achieve the precise identification of the detainees risk accurately predict,and provide a scientific basis for the dynamic control measures,and effectively improve the detention center security capabilities.
