| 摘 要： | 社区矫正工作是司法制度改革发展的新生事物．是社区与对非监禁人员矫正、安置帮教工作结合的良性产物。犯罪分子被判刑后，不送进森严壁垒的监狱，而是走进社区相对自由地接受教育，这就是社区矫正，就是与监禁行荆方式相对的非监禁行刑方式。

| Abstract: | Community correction refers to the fact that when criminals are sentenced,they will not be put into the prison while sent to the comparatively free community to be educated.It is different from traditional imprisoned punishment.It is a new product of the judicial system reform and it combines the correction,resettlement,help and educational work. |
