| 摘 要： | 在分析电子身份管理制度构建需应对挑战的基础上,剖析我国网络实名制的发展瓶颈,构建基于我国国情的互联网电子身份管理模式,探讨该模式可能引起的运作机制、信息安全保障、个人隐私权保护和法源依据等问题,并提出相应的法律保障建议。 |
