| 摘 要： | 随着电子商务的不断发展,密码作为电子商务最底层的信息安全保障被广泛的应用于商业与私人领域,电子签名、身份认证、数字时间戳等电子商务基础应用对密码的需求日益旺盛。面对公众对电子商务中隐私保护的密码需求,世界各国掀起了密码法律变革的浪潮,并引发了电子商务领域密码法律理念的革新及对电子商务领域密码法律价值的再次思考。

| Abstract: | With the development of e-commerce,cipher as the basic security guarantee is widely used in commerce and personal businesses due to the application of electronic signature,identity authentication and digital time stamp,etc.With the increasing demand of the public for privacy protection in e-commerce,cryptography has undergone great reforms in the world,which leads to the reflections on the concept innovation and value of cryptography in the filed of e-commerce. |
