| Abstract: | Honesty is the essential quality of democratic government. With the socio-economic development, people gradually realize the importance of the principle of honesty in the administrative law, but whether it occupies the ＂imperial＂ status is worthy of study. The author explored from the meaning, status and role of the principle of honesty to build it in the administrative legislation, law enforcement, justice and law compliance. |
