试论技术性侦查的方法体系

技术性侦查的本质是一种以物证技术为基础并以证据为中心的侦查方式。技术性侦查的实施需要将科学与技术进行联用的同时在侦查职业团体当中建立相应的理念。技术性侦查要从单纯的技术方法上升为一种理念并最终形成一种制度，有必要对其方法体系进行合理构建。
