| 摘 要： | 教育的主体是教师,高职院校教师将面临新的机遇与挑战,同时会承受更大的来自学生、学校与社会的压力。本文在分析高职院校教师所面临的困境的基础上,结合工会组织的职能作用,探讨高职院校工会在保障教师队伍健康发展方面应发挥的积极作用。

| Abstract: | The main force for the teaching job in higher vocational colleges is the teaching staff,who are now faced with new opportunities and challenges,and at the same time bear greater pressure from the society,from their students and from the school.On basis of trade union functions and the predicament faced by vocational college teachers,this article discusses how to give full play to the positive role of the trade union of vocational colleges in guaranteeing the healthy development of the teaching staff. |
