文章指出,无论是司法语言还是司法行为,以其对实现司法功能的作用而言,两者具有相互依存的绝对性。而从司法语言和司法行为作为实现司法功能的两种方式来考察,在司法活动中,彼此却总是独立存在。通常,司法行为越小,彼此的独立性越大。

Relationships Between Judicial Language and Judicial Behavior

This article points out that there exists absolute interdependence between judicial language and judicial behavior when we consider the role of the two in realizing judicial function.However,there also exists mutual independence of the two in judicial activities when we look at judicial language and judicial behavior as two ways for realizing judicial function.Usually,the less judicial behavior there is,the more mutual independence there exists.
