新建公安本科院校学科建设问题与对策

近十年有17所公安专科院校先后升格为本科院校。这些公安本科院校面临一系列的建设任务,其中学科建设是重要的建设任务。当前新建公安本科院校学科建设存在对学科建设的认识不到位、学科梯队人才匮乏、基础设施条件较差、学科制度建设不完善等问题。要解决这些问题,就应在转变观念,提高对学科建设的认识;合理定位,科学制定学科建设规划;凝练方向,提升学科整体实力等8个方面采取措施。

Problems and Countermeasures on Discipline Construction of Newly-Built Undergraduate Public Security Colleges

In nearly ten years,seventeen public security colleges have upgrade to undergraduate universities.These universities are facing a series of construction tasks,in which discipline construction is an important one.There are existing problems on lacking of understanding the discipline construction,lacking of discipline echelon talents,poor infrastructure conditions and imperfection of discipline system and so on.In order to solve these problems,we'll take measures on eight aspects,such as changing ideas,improve understanding of discipline constructions,orientating reasonably,programming subject construction scientifically,condensing the direction and enhancing the overall strength of disciplines.
