| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会与全面建设小康社会,是党中央在建设中国特色社会主义过程中提出的两个不同的战略思想.它们各有其自身的特点,互相不可取代;但彼此之间又有着内在的必然的联系,相互贯通、相互促进.正确处理二者的关系,有利于推动中国特色社会主义建设的伟大进程.

| Abstract: | Constructing socialist concord society and building an overall well-to-do society are two different strategic plans stipulated by the Central Committee of the Communist Party during the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Each of them has their own features and cannot be substituted by the other. However, they are positively linked to each other, and help each other forward. Viewing such relations in a proper way will accelerate the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
