| Abstract: | The disturbance of trade unions happened in the second half of 2004 proposes a series of problems, some of those problems belong in the field of laws, while some others belong in the field of practice, such as the main body of establishing trade unions, duties of corporations in establishing trade unions, the true reasons that Wal-Mart and other multinational corporations refuse to establish trade unions. The article will give analysis on those problems respectively. |
