| 摘 要： | 在我国，检察机关不仅在法律上被确定为国家的法律监督机关，而且在实践中行使着监督职权。由于受到多种因素的制约，法律监督的效能并没有得到充分的发挥，通过分析现有法律监督制度存在的不足，完善法律监督职能，构建中国特色的法律监督制度。

| Abstract: | In China, not only the prosecution had been defined as the legal supervisory organs in law, but also has been exerting the power of supervision in practice. As a result of a variety of factors, the effectiveness of supervision hasn＇t been fully exerted. By analyzing the deficiency of the supervisor system ,perfect the functions of supervision, construct the system of supervision with Chinese characters. |
