日本经济高速增长时期的农业剩余劳动力转移

农业剩余劳动力转移是我国农业发展乃至国民经济现代化进程中无法回避的重点问题和难点问题。从已经经历过这一过程的发达国家道路看,作为亚洲国家的日本与我国的情况最为相似,因此,对日本在上个世纪50~70年代的经济高速增长时期农业剩余劳动力转移的过程进行回顾,并对影响转移的几个主要因素进行分析是十分必要的。通过回顾和分析,使日本农业剩余劳动力转移过程的基本轮廓和基本经验渐渐清晰起来。对比日本的情况,结合我国目前农业剩余劳动力的现状和面临的问题,日本的经验是很有借鉴价值的。

Transfer of Surplus Agricultural Labor Force during the Fast-growing Period of Japanese Economy

The transfer of agricultural surplus labor force is an important aswell as a difficult problem,which is unavoidably connected with our agricultural development,even the modernization process of our national economy.Among the developed countries which have experienced the process,Japan,as an Asian country,is similar to our country's situation.First of all,the writer looks back on the process of the agricultural surplus labor force transfer in the period between 1950s and 1970s,when Japanese economy grew with high-speed,and analyzes several main factors affecting the transfer.By doing this,the basic outline and experiences of the process become clear.Then,contrasting with Japan,the writer makes a conclusion to the current situation and existing problems of our agricultural surplus labor force.
