| 摘 要： | 专职检委会委员的选任、职权、职责已被进一步明确和细化,但是作为一种新生事物,专职委员因其任职条件、职权配置、考核机制的缺失或无法落实而陷入履职困境.从完善选任机制、理顺管理体制、明确制度保障等方面入手可以找准专职委员的角色定位并完善这一制度.
