| 摘 要： | 警察腐败是世界各国司法腐败的重要表现形态之一.国际刑事司法学界对于警察腐败的概念、本质特征、构成要素、分类、形成过程、危害、原因,以及警察腐败与违法犯罪的关系,警察反腐败的战略和策略等,都作有广泛而系统的调查分析和研究.对于我国公安警察部门积极开展反腐倡廉具有重要的参考价值.

| Abstract: | Police Corruption is a form of legislative corruptions all over the world. The international criminal and judicial researchers have conducted lots of widespread and systematic investigational analysis and research concerning the concept of police corruption, essential characteristics, components, categories, developing process, the relationship between criminal behavior and police corruption, and the policy and the strategy of anti corruption, etc. All of these researches will play a very important referential role for our police departments to ensure the success of anti corruption. |
