| 摘 要： | 党的建设科学化是党的十七届四中全会提出的科学命题,它具有丰富的内涵、特点和基本要求。中国智库在发展过程中形成了自己的特点,具有政治属性、国家属性和人民属性。中国特色智库建设必将进一步提高党的建设科学化水平,党的建设科学化也会对中国特色智库建设不断提出更高要求。
