| 摘 要： | 企业等用人单位制定的规章制度是国家劳动法律、法规的延伸和具体化,是企业管理的重要依据,是企业职工行为的准则。目前我国劳动争议的许多內容与企业等用人单位的规章制度有关。因此,加强我国劳动法制中关于企业规章制度的建设显得十分重要,我国企业规章制度中存在的问题也应该及时得到解决。

| Abstract: | Rules and regulations formulated by the employing unit, as the major grounds of business management and the norms of workers, are the concrete expression of state labor laws, rules and regulations. Presently, it is of great significance to strengthen the establishment of rule and regulations in enterprises in order to solve the problems promptly in practice and settle the labor disputes effectively. |
