| Abstract: | Market and market economy accelerate the migration of work force, which objec-tively results in the rapid increasing number of criminals of floating population. The side ef-fects of tendency of market are the main subjective inducements of crime of floating individu-als and the loophole of management system in its process is exploited to the advantage of crime of floating population. |
