| 摘 要： | 我国当前干群关系表现为有限的合作和局部的紧张.干群矛盾的本质是利益矛盾,越往基层情况越不容乐观,其主要原因在于市场化改革与制度不完善.由于改革的深化和中高层干部的制约,干群关系处于不断调整之中.

| Abstract: | The relationship between the cadres and the masses in which the essence is the interests contradiction is characterized by limited cooperation and partial intension in contemporary China. The lower the level of administration is, the worse the situation is. Its main reason lies in the reform oriented market, imperfection of the system and the constant adjustment of the relationship between the cadres and the masses arisen from the deepening reform and the mutually restriction between cadres in the middle level andcadres in the senior level. |
