| Abstract: | The relation,rather than the erality is the requirement for thing to be a evidence of criminal investigation.Simultaneously, the standard of it is not so high as the standards of pleading evidence of judging evidence.Truth is not all,so the rule of evidence has been established to ensure the justice.Due to the difference between investigation and judgment,the principles of criminal investigation evidence is of characteristics. |
