擒拿技术是针对人体的关节、要害部位和薄弱环节的特点 ,按照人体生理机能与解剖学原理设计 ,利用人体关节的活动规律、要害部位的生理机能、人体重心的转移及力学原理 ,配合技击方法 ,对犯罪分子进行反侧关节、分筋错骨、点穴晕死 ,使之失去反抗能力而就擒的专业技术。提高擒拿技术水平 ,必须具备学习擒拿技术的“四大要素” ,同时正确掌握和运用擒拿技术的“四大技法”和“四大要领” ,并配以科学有效的训练。

The Application and Training of the Capture Art

The capture art, aiming at the human body's joint, vital parts and weak link according to the human body's physiological mechanism and anatomy theory design, making use of the law of the joint activities, the function of the vital parts' physiological mechanism, the shift of the human body's center of gravity and mechanics theory, cooperating the art of attack and defense, is a specialized art to make the criminals' joint in the opposite side, their muscles and bones divided, to touch the criminals' vital parts and make them faint so as not to be able to defend but to be captured.
