边远山区少数民族妇女网络政治参与的滞顿性现象研究

随着网路的兴起于普及,网络政治参与成为了人们参政议政的一种经常化形式。然而,由于参与态度不积极、参与能力欠缺及参与的客观条件不理想等因素的影响,边远山区的少数民族妇女却在整个网络政治中被边缘化了。要解决这一难题,必须首先刺激她们参政议政的愿望,其次提升她们的网络政治参与能力,最后还要加强民族地区边远农村的网络通信基础设施建设。

Study on the Lag of Chinese Minority Women's Participation in Cyber Politics in Remote Rural Areas

with network coming into people＇s life generally, network political participation has become a regular form of political participation for many people. However, due to their negative participation atti- tudes, weak participation ability and bad conditions, minority women from remote mountainous are marginalized in the entire network. To solve this problem, we must stimulate their will of participating in political life,strengthening their participation ability, improving objective communication infrastructure.
