摘    要:工会作为员工权益的代表者和维护者,要把协调劳动关系作为推动构建和谐企业的重要途径,以促进企业劳资双方协商共谋、机制共建、效益共创、利益共享为重点,以维护员工队伍和企业稳定为目标,深入开展以劳动就业好、收入分配好、社会保障好、安全健康好、民主管理好为主题的维权工作,努力构建规范有序、公正合理、互利双赢、和谐稳定的企业新型劳动关系,使企业形成利益关系和谐、劳动关系和谐、人际关系和谐的发展环境。

Abstract:As the representative and protector of employees,trade union should take coordinating labor relations as an important approach of building up harmonious enterprises.The focal points include how to enhance the consultation between labor and capital,the construction of mechanism,the good benefit and interests sharing.Trade union's protection work should pay attention to employment,income distribution,social security,occupational safety and health and democratic management.The new pattern labor relations in enterprises should be ordered, equitable and rational,mutual benefit,harmonious and stable.Enterprises with harmonious labor relations will have good developing environment with good interest relations and human relations.
