| Abstract: | The value of the phosphoglucomutase isoenzyme system as a method for typing negroid blood in Zimbabwe has been evaluated. Due to the high frequency of the 1 phenotype (70%) a significant improvement in discriminating power is obtained when isoelectric focussing is used. |
