| 摘 要： | 提高民族文化素质 ,必须继承中华民族优秀文化传统 ,加强思想政治工作。中华民族优秀文化传统与当今我国社会主义现代化建设有着密切联系。不仅要用先进的科学技术武装广大群众 ,而且要用马克思主义科学世界观和人生观武装广大群众。要坚持“以德治国”与加强道德教育相结合。

| Abstract: | To improve national culture quality must carry on the Chinese national worthy cultural tradition and strengthen political and ideological work. The Chinese national worthy cultural tradition closely links with our socialist modern construction. The masses not only study advanced scientific technology but also have a Marxist scientific world outlook and outlook of life. We should adhere to a principle that " to govern the country according to virtue" unites in strengthening ethics education. |
