关于当前老区农村派出所建设中的若干问题的探讨

老区农村派出所是县市公安机关在老区农村社区的派出机构。由于老区独特的地理环境严重制约着派出所的建设,使派出所的基础设施、执法环境、经费保障、警力配置、民警素质和科技强警等方面明显落后于时代发展的要求。要改变这一现状,就必须改革现行公安体制、适当调整充实警力,并对老区派出所实行扶贫政策,同时,还必须积极倡导求真务实的精神,提高民警基本素质。

Some Problems in Police Substation Construction in Old Liberated Areas

Police substation is the agency in ru ral community set by police organs.Because the special geographic surroundings in old liberated areas limit the construction o f police substation,their basic construction,law enforcement back ground,funds ensurance and policem en' s dispose fall behind the times.The current police system should be reformed to change the situation.The helping the distressed policy should be adopted.To improve policemen' s quality,we should initate the poli cy of dealing with concrete matters relating to work.
