| 摘 要： | 民事执行是民事诉讼的最后阶段,但由于立法体制、当事人以及地方保护等原因,已成为中国司法实践中的一大顽疾。解决执行难问题,要针对其产生的原因对症下药,增强群众的法律意识,完善执行法律制度,改革民事执行体制,提高执法人员的业务素质,才能从根本上保证执行工作的顺利进行。

| Abstract: | The civil execution is the final stage in civil action.For the problems existed in the legislative system,client and local protection,the civil execution has been a hardest problem in the judicial practice.We should use effective method to solve this problem just like reforming the civil executive system,enhancing the personal quality in civil execution and so on. |
