| 摘 要： | 加入WTO后 ,我国中小企业将面临更加激烈的市场竞争。中小企业发展需要双管齐下 ,一方面 ,无论是家族中小企业还是私营中小企业均应调整自身观念和体制 ,进行制度创新 ;另一方面 ,政府应对中小企业采取切实的扶持政策 ,为中小企业发展创造有利的外部环境。

| Abstract: | After the entry to WTO, middle-sized and small enterprises in our country are facing a more fierce competition. These enterprises should develop along both lines. On one hand, both family-owned and privately owned ones should adjust their points of view and system, engage in system innovation; on the other hand, government should give aid to them and create a beneficial environment for their development. |
