| 摘 要： | 转型时期都市新型社区网路的建构对于个人发展、社区建设和社会稳定意义重大。本文在回顾社会网络建构的相关理论的基础上，结合现实提出新的网络建构模型。根据这个模型，社区工作者应将促进人际吸引、增进交往实践和创设互动空间作为介入新型社区网络建构的主要目标。

| Abstract: | Abstract: This thesis think the new-type community-network construction in city is very important for Individual development , comminity-construction and Social stability. On the basis of recollecting society network construction theory, the thesis bring forward the new network-construction model combining with reality. According to this model ,the community socialworker should regard promoting mutual Attraction , Enhancing association-practice and creating interactive space as the main aim to get involved in new-type community-network construction |
