| 摘 要： | 新建本科院校法学教育问题严重,毕业生就业率低,出现了定位与院校自身实际不符、招生规模不断扩张与教学质量下降等问题。这类院校的法学教育目标应当结合社会需要与自身实际重新定位,教学模式应当多样化。

| Abstract: | The legal education problem of newly established universities is very serious,the low rate of graduate employment,a position inconsistent with the actual institution itself,constantly expanding enrollment and the decline in the quality of teaching and so on.Such institutions should be the goal of legal education needs of the community with its own combination of the actual re-positioning and teaching mode should be diversified. |
