摘    要:多元智能理论认为.人的智能是多元的,不同的智能都处于同等重要的位置。关键在于注重个体差异、发现优势智能、挖掘潜能。依据该理论.文章结合高等职业教育本身发展的特点,提出了高等职业教育中智能培养模式发展的意义.并对其如何发展进行了初步探索。

Abstract:In theory of multiple intelligences, human intelligence is diverse. Intelligences are in the same position. The key is to focus on individual differences, to find out the multiple intelligences, and to unearth neglected talents. Based on the development of higher vocational education characteristics, the author finds the meaning of intelligence development, and discusses the future development.
