| 摘 要： | 腐败是全球性问题。尽管国际社会不断从国际层面上加大惩治和预防腐败犯罪的力度,越来越多的国际条约和国际组织关注腐败问题;但是惩治和预防腐败犯罪的效果还取决于各个主权国家的国内相关制度和有关法律。宪法是国家的根本大法,国家打击和预防腐败犯罪的相关制度需要宪法的支持,宪法的内容对打击和预防腐败犯罪起着重要作用。

| Abstract: | Corruption is a global issue. International community has been taking sterner actions to prevent corruption crime and punishing corruptionists more severely at the international level. More and more international conventions deal with it and more and more organizations are focusing their attention on it. However, effective crime prevention and punishment largely depend on related laws and systems of each sovereign state. Constitution is the fundamental law in every law system. Related laws and systems of a country should have a constitutional basis for combating and preventing corruption crime. The content of the constitution plays an important role in combating and preventing corruption crime. |
