| 摘 要： | 海峡两岸的民商事法律冲突既具有中国区际法律冲突的共性特点,又具有区别于大陆与香港、澳门地区法律冲突的个性特征。研究海峡两岸民商事法律冲突的特殊性,对于正确认识、合理解决两岸的法律冲突具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。

| Abstract: | The civil and commercial conflict of laws between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits has not only the commonness of all the interregional conflicts of laws but its own characteristic different from the conflict of laws between China mainland and Hong Kong (HKSAR)and Macao(MSAR).Researches on its characteristic are of great academic and practical importance to the proper cognition and settlement of the foresaid issue. |
